Andy Remic is a British author of thrillers, science fiction and military science fiction.[1]
Career
Remic published his first novel, Spiral, in 2003 through Orbit Books and has since written several more novels and series, including the Clockwork Vampire Chronicles, a fantasy series. Remic previously worked as an English teacher and library co-ordinator at the Branston Community Academy in Branston, Lincolnshire, England.[2][3] Remic writes and occasionally acts in films for the UK-based independent film company Anarchy Films, and in 2015 released his directorial debut film Impurity.
Remic has written a number of computer games, including several text adventures, for the ZX Spectrum in the 1980s and early 1990s. Some of these appeared on the cover-mounted cassettes that accompanied Crash magazine, and others were sold by mail order. Many of his games were produced under the name Psychedelic Hedgehog Software.
In 2011, Andy started his own ebook publishing company, Anarchy Books, dealing with digital "projects" that contain novels, albums, video games and films, so that entertainment junkies can "pick and mix" their experience.
