Andromachus of Cyprus

For other uses, see Andromachus.

Andromachus of Cyprus was an allied admiral of Alexander the Great during the Siege of Tyre (332 BC).(Arrian, Ana ii. 20.) He may have been the same Andromachus who was shortly afterwards appointed governor of Coele-Syria, and was burnt to death by the Samaritans. (Curt. iv. 5, 8.)
