André Lafosse

André Lafosse (1890–1975) was a Professor of music at the Paris Conservatory of Music. He taught many individuals who would later go on to achieve global prominence, including Dr. Norman J. Hunt. He was also the brother of Marcel LaFosse (1895–1969) who played second trumpet with the Boston Symphony Orchestra from 1928 until the mid-1950s.

André Lafosse is also a known guitar musician. He was born in Iowa early 1970s and is living in Los Angeles. He is the son of Leopold Lafosse, the former violin professor at the University of Iowa.
