Ami Sugita (杉田亜未, born 14 March 1992 in Kanagawa Prefecture) is a Japanese women's international footballer who plays as a midfielder. She is a member of the Japan women's national football team. She was part of the team at the 2014 AFC Women's Asian Cup and 2015 EAFF Women's East Asian Cup Final. On club level she played for Iga F.C. in Japan.[1][2]
