The Al Manara is a 35-floor tower in the Business Bay in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Construction of the Al Manara was completed in 2008. It is the first development by ETA Star in the Business Bay area and is situated near the Business Bay Canal. Spread over 40,000 sq. m, this commercial complex consists of business centre, conference and auditorium facility and leisure deck. "It also consists of recreational facilities including a state-of-the-art health club, gymnasium, sauna and a temperature controlled swimming pool.", as described by Mr. Mohamed Ali, General Manager of ETA Star Properties. The tower was handed over to investors in January, 2012.[1]
