Akhmed Osmanovich Chakaev (Russian: Ахмед Османович Чакаев; born 23 March 1988 in Khasavyurt, Dagestan) is a Chechen-born Russian freestyle wrestler. He is a silver medalist in the Golden Grand Prix Ivan Yarygin 2009 in the Freestyle men's 60 kg event. He won the Ali Aliyev Memorial Russian nationals in 2009 and 2012 and the bronze medal in 2014.[1] In Golden Grand Prix Ivan Yarygin 2015 in round one 65 kg, he defeated American prospect Cadet World champion and Silver Junior World Championships Aaron Pico.[2]
