Acacia sericocarpa is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Wheatbelt and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.[1]

The spreading shrub typically grows to a height of 0.4 to 2.0 metres (1.3 to 6.6 ft). It blooms from August to September and produces yellow flowers.
