Abby Jimenez was an advertising executive in the Philippines.
She was a chairman of Publicis JimenezBasic (sometimes Jimenez Basic),[4] an advertising agency in the Philippines.[5] She and her husband Monet Jimenez were featured on the cover of Adobo Magazine in February 2009.[6] Her firm Publicis JimenezBasic with 120 employees[7] managed advertising accounts for Philippine brands such as Decolgen,[8] Jollibee,[9] Skyflakes, and Lucky Me,[10] and for clients such as Unilab,[11] Greenwich Pizza,[12] and Manila Bulletin.[13] In 2011 her husband Ramon Jimenez, Jr. was chosen to be the tourism secretary for the Philippines.[14][15]
Her firm handled public advocacy campaigns including one to encourage Philippine families to eat meals together.[16] Jimenez and her husband began a firm helping clients with media and marketing issues entitled Woo Consultants.[17] She was a judge for advertising awards including the Tambuli Awards sponsored by the University of Asia and the Pacific.[18] She spoke at industry conferences.[19] In 2007, her agency was named Agency of the Year.[3][7]
She was the mother of Philippine fashion designer Sassa Jimenez.[20] She died in 2016 of natural causes.
