The 2016 Launceston Tennis International was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the second edition (for men) and fifith edition (for women) of the tournament which was part of the 2016 ATP Challenger Tour and the 2016 ITF Women's Circuit, offering a total of $75,000 in prize money for both genders. It took place in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia, on 1–8 February 2016.
