The 2012 Tuvalu Independence Cup, known as the Mackenzie Trading Tuvalu Independence Cup for sponsorship purposes, is the 17th edition of national football knockout tournament. The tournament began on 1 September 2012 and finished on 29 September 2012. All eight clubs participated. Defending champions were FC Manu Laeva.

The winner was Tofaga A, who 4–0 won against Nauti A.[1]
