Thuridur Erla Helgadottir (Þuríður Helgadóttir, born 30 July 1991) is an Icelandic female weightlifter, competing in the 58 kg category and representing Iceland at international competitions. She competed at world championships, including at the 2015 World Weightlifting Championships.[1]
