Øyvind Gram Jakobsen (born 11 October 1985) is a Norwegian football striker who currently plays for FK Bergen Nord.

In 2005 he won the Norwegian Football Cup with Molde.[2]

Gram has had many injuries and, in April 2009, was operated on for the third time in a year.[3]

After his spell with Gefle,[4] he returned in winter 2011 and signed for Vik Fotball.[5]

In July 2012 he joined FK Bergen Nord.[6]
